kdesdk-scripts software package provides scripts and data files for development, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kdesdk-scripts
kdesdk-scripts is installed in your system.
Make ensure the kdesdk-scripts package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kdesdk-scripts *
You will get with kdesdk-scripts package name, version, architecture and description in a table
